Photos: Kenyan Businessman Brings Nairobi Street To A Standstill As He Surprises His Wife With Brand New Range Rover On Her 39th Birthday

Kabu Simon, the CEO of a tour and travel company, Bonfire Adventures on Thursday, left Nairobi residents stunned after he surprised his wife, Sarah Kabu with a brand new Range Rover for her birthday.

The new car, which was decorated with red ribbons and balloons was driven through Koinange street while a pick-up van which went ahead carried a large cake with the words "Happy Birthday Sarah" 

It was such a spectacular sight that business owners, passersby had to stop to share in the excitement.

The couple started their multi million shilling company with only 20,000. Bonfire now has over five branches in Nairobi and one in Nakuru and has its sights set on becoming the largest tour company in East, Central and Southern Africa. 

Reacting to the surprise gift, Sarah later took to her Facebook to share her joy. 

"This is a dream come true... for sure i have been crazy about Range Rover Sports HSE for the last 4 yrs.. but i was expecting it next year during my 40th birthday but it has been delivered a year earlier 39th birthday! aki Simon Kabu ur the best! when i remember where we started... ni machozi tu. The suprises started last midnight and might continue till midnight... SO for now am catching some breath with my little angels but after party iko KIZA Restaurant and Lounge Nairobi my friends karibuni for a drink. To my fb friends... Thanks a million for your wishes and all those who participated in pulling out this suprise....
