Commander:- What do we do to terrorist?

All:- Track them, Find them, and Arrest them!!!!

       We shall not waver nor rest..................

All:- Until all the terrorist are not put behind bars!!!

          We woke up at night...........

All:- Just to protect our loved ones at home!!!.

          We shall annihilate all our enemies without fear because............

All:- The terrorist must run, fear, and always live in fear on hearing the history of the past terrorists!!!

 Commander:-   "The President has see to it that there will not be any negotiations with terrorists

whatsoever, we do not negotiates with terrorist. 

        What Intel have you gathered for the past 24 hours? Report!!!!

 Alpha Squad (A.S):-  (Reporting Soldier Salutes the Commander) Aye Sir, we've come to know that the 

terrorist are having the support from one of the most influential people in this country, and we are closing in 

on them Sir.

    We've also placed an undercover agent in their midst and Intel are flowing in sir. 

Commander:- Bravo, well done Soldiers, but what's the name of the undercover agent Soldier?

Reporting Soldier:- 

Sorry Sir, We can not disclose the info of one of our own undercover agent sir, for security reasons; and you

do know that it's for the best, and we've sent the best agent for the task sir.

Commander:- Well done. that was just a test of how hard working are you,, and you've proved to be worthy 

of the task.

    Bravo Squad, What Intel have you gathered for the past 24 hours? Report!!!!

Bravo Squad (B.S):- (Reporting Soldier Salutes the Commander) Aye Sir, According to one of our 

undercover agents, we've received an Intel that is reliable that the terrorist are planning on retrieving a good

called "The Third Emperor", from a truck that will be delivering the goods to its proper location.

    All:- The Third Emperor? What is the Third Emperor?

Reporting Soldier:- Some years ago, a terrorist organization created a powerful nuclear weapon that has a

wide range, this device if installed properly could wipe out areas of about 3 million kilometer square in an

instant.

Commander:- Alright, so this is what the Bravo squad will do, we will first swap the goods before putting it 

inside the delivery truck, and the Alpha Squad will corner the terrorist while trying  to extract the fake third

emperor from the truck. Boom, we will kill two bird with one stone.

Now, move your butts and get on with the plan to save the Third emperor from falling unto the wrong

hands.

        Panting.......and gasping at the same time, she has been running for like 3 minutes, she came to a halt



 when she saw that she has lost them. She quickly called her father.




        "The number you are trying to call is not reachable at the moment please try again later"

She tried for the fifth time and still the same response, she had to keep moving. 





She walked down some miles away and then she saw Jonathan, she gasps immediately and try to turn back



but Jonathan called her.


Vicky! Vicky!! Vicky!!! She tried to run but she became frozen instead, (at that moment she thought to



 herself; Vicky!! you are dead meat today, another thought came up: Wait, he did not see me which means



 you just have to act cool, don't act suspicious or else..................)



He walked to her and.............




Jonathan:- Vicky, what are you doing here? How did you end up here?




Vicky:- I uh....... I........ my car broke down around here and I was searching for a mechanical engineer that



 could help me fix it.



                  Thank God you are here now, but what are you doing here Jonathan (J)?




J:- I am meeting a friend here, we just depart, anyway i am going home now will you go home or you want

 me to drive you to the party?




Vicky:- I think i will have to trouble you to give me a ride to the party and it's getting late i don't think you



 also will leave me alone here right?



J:- Right, let's go then, before it's too dark.

       ******And the car zoom off from the scene********

Back to Present moment where John is still in hiding:

John:- Soliloquizing--- I think they have gone, and I should be on my way before they get back.

        Immediately he steps out of his hiding place, he start running and at the same time

watching his back and at the same time the mysterious lady was also running in his direction

and the two bumped into each other.

John:- Hey! Who are you and what are you doing here in the middle of the night?

Mysterious lady:- Who are you two and why are you running?

John:- I........ some goons were chasing a lady and they were also shooting at the same time so I

went in to hiding and I just came out of my hideout.

The girl froze immediately, unknowingly to John that the goons were already behind him.

By the time he knew, they hit him with a big stone on his head.

His vision became blurry, the men drag both of them into a van and off they went.

                  The Light Went Off.

What happened to the Mysterious Lady and John next?

On this Day:- Tuesday 02, 2015 (10 days ago),

Time:- 12:00 PM.

               (The area was filled with many security personnel that even

no one would dare to 

enter the area anyhow, aside from this settings, there are CCTV cameras

everywhere. The scene shows that one middle aged man was having a

chat with a young lady)

President:- I already told you several times that i will not allow you to

go there,  that without security. It's not possible

Victoria:- Dad, I wanna go with my friend to the party tonight. What's

wrong in having a little fun?

The President:- Shut up I said, I have told you that you aren't going to

that party and that's final.

          "It's much more easy to control the nation than this daughter of

mine" He mumbled.

President:- I have an urgent meeting with the Defense Minister, so we

shall talk about this later and don't lemme see you step outside till i am

not back.

He walks away, leaving only Vicky.

Vicky:- Oh my God, this is going to spoil my plans completely, how will i

make him accept my 

plea? 

He is so adamant, since two days i have been begging not to go with

security, and he is hell bent on NO.

                                   
                                    @The Meeting Room:

"I know that this is urgent Sir, but it's about the security of the nation

if delayed the outcome 

might be brutal" Says the Defense Minister.

President:- So, the terrorist that we thought that has been 

apprehended, sadly they are still operating laying low all these years, 

only to show up with a grand plan to destroy our beloved country.

What are the necessary steps you've taken about it, Defense Minister?

Defense Minister:- Sir, I have informed the 'Anti-Terrorist Special Unit' 

and as well the "Anti-Terrorist 

Detectives" to be on high alert.

We shall proce..........,

Dad!!! If you will not agree that I should go to the party******* Then she

sighted the Defense Ministers, she greeted him and she left the room.

"I am really sorry for this embarrassment Defense Minister" 

You don't need to apologize for this, I understand your pain, in light of

this I will be leaving right now Sir;

Thanks a lot for your understanding, Please keep me updated on

the chain of event.

 President:- Jonathan!!! 

             (Jonathan - The Head of Security regarding the President)

two bodyguard with her". Hope you

understand what i meant?

Jonathan:- I understand fully Sir

D (The fourth letter):- Whooo, the preparation for the grand revival of


these rotten country is coming to it's completion, thanks to our global


resources.


 A (The first letter):- Don't let this get in to your head, we still have


bigger plans to execute.

D:- What of the goods that were to be delivered today? 


A:- Preparation has already been made, it's just for us to snatch the


goods from the delivery vehicles at the right time.

                   

                 "You shall lead them to retrieve the 'Third emperor'" 


D:- It is my pleasure to work under you master.

 Jonathan:- Your father has given you the permission to go to the party 

ma'am.

        She jumped up with joy "Finally, we gonna rock the party hard, we

gonna paint the town red" She thought to herself.


      ******Author:- Unknowingly to her and her father, this journey of

hers is gonna take longer than anyone could have anticipated .********

                 Few minutes later, Vicky was on her way to the party and

driving very fast with loud music playing. 

Suddenly, the car broke down, she was stuck in the middle of nowhere.

    She thought of finding a mechanical engineer nearby who could help

her fix her car.


She saw someone who look exactly like Jonathan behind an abandon

building having a conversation with someone.

Jonathan:- Didn't you guys receive my message?

D:- Yes, we did and we would like you to stop using the email for sending such confidential secret any time again.

Jonathan:- Okay I understand, but you are putting me in big risk by

inviting me here. Anybody might see me and that might blow my cover.

D:- No one would be so stupid to search for someone like you here and if so then we are going to kill the person. Don't you worry, it's all been taken care of. 

That reminds me, what about the President movement details we asked you to find.

Jonathan:- He brought out a paper and hand it over to D.

     This is the details of the President next movement, including the route, security details and every other details you might need to kill that

son of a bitch.


D:- No problem at all, we will take over from here, don't worry you shall get what you want and we shall get what we want.

   We shall contact you very............................********

     Shh......shh..............shh

They had heard some struggling and they knew someone was watching them, she tried to run away and the both of them followed her and then..............................................................

Moment:- Gun Sprayed.......

He (John) is still in hidden, when he heard the leader of the

gang 

said something: "Find that bitch, don't let her escape at any

cost. 

We've been given the order to shoot her on sight"; 

This make him more scared, on one side are people chasing a

lady, on another side was John praying for his life.

"Dear God, please save me from this mess I am in, I promise to

change my ways, please! please!!

There was darkness everywhere, because there hasn’t been

power stability in the area for the past one week due to the

transformer having problem.

Suddenly, the street of Crescent was brightly illuminated, guess

what happened, the electricity company had restored the power

during the day and had already promised that the light will be

restored by the end of the day.

       

        Wow, what a great timing, it seems that John’s prayer uses

 4G (lol) and his prayer had been answered.

Surely the criminals was thrown into confusion because of this

new change, and at the same time they had to act fast before it’s

too late.

There had been many report of such incidents in this area 

before but he did not pay much attention to it, thinking it to be

relatively impossible in an area been surrounded by at least two

to three police stations.

This incident that he himself got caught up in has made him

realize that the rumors were actually true.

He picked his phone and dialed the number of the nearest 

police station  (Crescent Police Station)

@Crescent Police Station

Police Constable (P.C):- Hel….Hello, who is this?

John (J):- Good evening Sir, I need your help sir………….

P.C:- Why is your voice shaken and cracking like a drunkard?

J:- Sir, I am not a drunkard

P.C:- So, you are saying that a whole police officer is lying,

right?    --------Phone hung up--------

All this while you guys must be wondering where is John all this while?

And where are the goons chasing the girl?

and

Also where is the girl that was being chased?

I guess we shall find out at the next episode.

Love or Lust Season 1 Episode 1 Part 1

It was late in the night, when the scene shows a young teenager, who was just about 20 years of age,

young and energetic. All alone, everywhere was quite except his ear.

He put on a big headphone listening to hip hop music.

Suddenly, there was a loud crashing, guns fired in repetitive manner and at the same time, he thought of hiding somewhere and that was when

He heard footsteps fast approaching, voice echoing "Please help me" repeatedly, and then what he saw shook him up.

****Flashback*****

John was born into a family of four, he is the eldest son of the family followed by two brothers and one sisters.

His mother died when he was 13 years old. He is not too tall, not too short, average looking. In short, he is literally the black sheep of the family and the white-sheep on the outside.

His father married another wife when her first wife died (John's mother), the father-son does not get along well as from then.

John blamed his father for the death of his mother.

Before the demise of his mother, he was such a gentle, caring, loving and a mannered person and after the demise of his mother, his attitude, character changed completely.

He and his father always have an argument almost every time.

At 9:00 AM on a blessed Monday morning, his father had come to wake him up, because he was about to leave home.

Father:- John, wake up!!! All your mate have gone to work but you are still sleeping here like a pig's corpse; Don't you ever think about your future in your life, you are either sleeping or watching films every now and then; I wonder where we had got you from, it would have been better if you had never been born!!!

This last statement got him furious and he became much more angry, if not that the second wife dragged John's father from there only God know what would have happened.

After this, he took his bath, he ate and went to his daily work.

It was on his way back home that he heard footsteps that is fast approaching...............

What really happened?

What did he saw that shooked him up?

What did John saw that would change his life forever?

How will he escape from the calamities that is about to befall

him?

Is it LOVE OR LUST?

Status of the Hadeeth, “Do not please anyone by angering Allah?”

What is the status of the hadeeth (prophetic narration), “Do not please anyone by angering Allah, do not thank anyone for the blessings of Allah, and do not condemn anyone for that which Allah did not give you. For the provision of Allah does not come to you because of anyone’s efforts and it is not diverted from you because of anyone’s hatred. By His fairness and justice, Allah has connected peace and joy to contentment and certain faith, and He has connected worry and distress to discontentment.”

Praise be to Allah

This hadeeth was narrated by al-Tabarani in al-Kabeer, 10/215. 

Al-Haythami said: 

It was narrated by al-Tabarani in al-Kabeer, and its isnad (chain of narrators) includes Khalid ibn Yazeed al-‘Umari, who was accused of fabricating hadeeth. 

Majma’ al-Zawaid, 4/71. 

It was also narrated – via a different isnad – by Abu Na’eem in al-Hilyah (5/106) and by al-Bayhaqi in Shu’ab al-Eeman, 1/221. 

Its isnad includes ‘Atiyah al-‘Awfi, who is da’eef (weak), and the comments of the scholars concerning him have been quoted above (p.78); and it includes Muhammad ibn Marwan al-Saddi, who is matrook al-hadeeth (his hadeeth is not to be accepted). 

Yahya ibn Ma’een said: he is not thiqah (trustworthy), and on one occasion he said: he is nothing. Ibraheem said: he is kadhdhab (a liar). Al-Sa’adi said, he is dhahib (i.e., his hadeeth is not accepted). Al-Nasai, Abu Hatim al-Razi and al-Azdi said: he is matrook al hadeeth (his hadeeth is not to be accepted). Al-Bukhari said: his hadeeth should not be written down. And on one occasion he said: they did not say anything concerning him. Ibn Hibban said: his hadeeth is not to be written down, and it is haram (impermissible) to use his hadeeth as evidence.

It was also narrated by Hannad al-Sirri in al-Zuhd, 1/304; and by al-Bayhaqi in Shu’ab al-Eeman, 1/221, with an isnad which is mawqoof and stops at ‘Abd-Allah ibn Mas’ood (may Allah be pleased with him).

He thought that his fast had been spoiled, but he refrained from eating out of respect for the sanctity of the month, then it became clear that it had not been spoiled; does he have to make up that day?

If the fasting person believes that his fast has been spoiled because he committed some infraction, but he completed his fast out of respect for the sanctity of the month, but he believed that his fast had been spoiled, then after breaking the fast it became clear to him that it had not been spoiled, does he have to make up that day?

Praise be to Allah

If a person believes that his fast has been spoiled, then he refrains from eating out of respect for the sanctity of the month, then it becomes clear to him that his fast was not spoiled, then he does not have to make up that day, and the fact that he believed his fast to have been spoiled does not affect it, because he did not do anything that cancelled out the fast and he did not intend to break the fast.

We have previously explained that the more sound scholarly view is that if someone becomes uncertain whilst fasting, as to whether he wants to break the fast or not, then his fast remains valid, and he does not break the fast merely by thinking (of whether to break the fast of not), so long as he had started to fast and embarked upon the fast with a firm intention, and has not done anything to render his fast invalid. That is because the basic principle is that the fast remains valid, and uncertainty as to whether one wants to break the fast or not does not undermine the initial intention (niyyah) of fasting, unless he  firmly resolves to break his fast.

This was stated in fatwas issued by Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen and Shaykh Ibn Jibreen (may Allah have mercy on them both).

But if this is the case with regard to one who was uncertain whether to break his fast or complete it, then it is more appropriate to say that the fast of one who never thought of breaking the fast in the first place and never did anything to render his fast invalid – and all that he did was to complete his fast out of respect for the sanctity of the month – is valid and sound.

Conclusion: this fast is valid, and it counts as the obligatory fast that he intended to observe, and he does not have to do anything.

And Allah knows best.

What should a worshipper do if his gums start to bleed whilst he is praying?

Should he spit if his gums start to bleed whilst praying? Does that invalidate wudoo’? Is it possible to split whilst he is praying? Should he spit whether he is in the mosque or some other place? Does it invalidate the fast if he swallows the blood that comes from his gums? Does he have to wash the piece of cloth into which he spat and on which blood can be seen? Is it sufficient to wipe it with a paper tissue or is it essential to use water? What if he spits on the ground, is it sufficient to wipe it with the tissue? If washing with water is obligatory, is it sufficient to wash it once or is it essential to wash it three times?

Praise be to Allah

Firstly:

If there is bleeding from the gums, then it is not permissible to swallow it, whether that happens whilst one is praying or otherwise.

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

If the blood comes out of the mouth, then it is not permissible to swallow it, because Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning): “Prohibited to you are dead animals, blood…” [al-Maa’idah 5:3].

End quote from Fataawa Noor ‘ala ad-Darb (7/2).

So if he is praying and he swallows it deliberately, then his prayer is rendered invalid, because it is like eating whilst praying. But if that happens involuntarily, such as if the blood reaches the throat (before he can do anything about it), then his prayer is still valid.

If he is praying in the mosque, then he should spit into a tissue, and it is not permissible for him to spit in the mosque, lest he contaminate it.  If he is praying outside the mosque, it is permissible for him to spit beneath his left foot or to his left.

Al-Hajjaawi said in az-Zaad (p. 47)

He may spit to his left whilst praying, and if he is in the mosque (he should spit) into his garment. End quote.

It says in al-Mawsoo‘ah al-Fiqhiyyah (40/126):

The majority of fuqaha’ are of the view that it is haraam to throw sputum or the like on the walls of the mosque or on the rugs; rather the mosque should be protected from all kinds of dirt and filth, even if it is not actually najis (impure), such as sputum or the like.

End quote.

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

If a person is in the mosque (and he needs to spit), then he should spit in his garment (a handkerchief) and should not spit in the mosque, because the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Spitting in the mosque is wrong.” If someone commits this wrong action, the expiation for that is to bury it. Based on that, we say: do not spit in the mosque to your left; rather spit into your garment.

He should not spit under his foot in the mosque, because spitting in the mosque is wrong, because it contaminates the mosque.

End quote from ash-Sharh al-Mumti‘ (3/273).

Secondly:

The fuqaha’ differed concerning the ruling on blood that comes out from anywhere other than the front and back passage and whether it invalidates wudoo’ or not.

The more correct view is that it does not invalidate wudoo’. We have explained that previously in fatwa no. 45666.

Thirdly:

With regard to the effect  on the fast of swallowing blood that comes from the gums, if he swallows it involuntarily, then his fast remains valid, but if he does that deliberately, then his fast is spoiled, and if it was a day of Ramadan or an obligatory fast, then he must make it up; if it was a voluntary fast, then he does not have to make it up.

Fourthly:

With regard to blood that comes out of the nose or mouth, if it is a small amount, then it is overlooked, but if it is a large amount then it is najis, and whatever gets onto the body or the clothes must be washed off; if that happens during prayer, then the prayer is rendered invalid and must be repeated if it was an obligatory prayer.

Shaykh Muhammad ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: What is the ruling on blood if it comes out whilst a person is praying; does it interrupt the prayer or not?

He replied: If the blood that comes out comes from the front or back passage, then it invalidates wudoo’; in this case he must stop praying, wash off whatever of the blood has got onto him, do wudoo’ anew, and start his prayer all over again.

But if it does not come from the front or back passage, such as blood that comes from the nose or the teeth, or from an injury, then he should carry on praying, if he is able to pray without being distracted by this blood and he can complete the prayer, because the more correct scholarly view is that blood does not invalidate wudoo’, even if it is a large quantity.

But if it is a lot of blood, then most of the scholars think that blood is najis in large quantities, and it cannot be overlooked. In that case it is essential to stop praying in order to wash off whatever blood has got onto the body, then go back and pray again without repeating wudoo’, according to the more sound opinion [because his wudoo’ was not invalidated by the bleeding]; in other words, he should start the prayer all over again.

But if the blood is a small amount, then he may carry on with his prayer and there is no blame on him..

If the gum bleeds slightly, which is what is usually the case with bleeding from the gum, then he should spit into a tissue whilst he is praying, because this is overlooked, and he does not have to wash the handkerchief or garment, but it is mustahabb to wash it for the purpose of cleanliness and getting rid of dirt, but not because it is najis.

Fifthly:

There is no religious text concerning the number of times something should be washed to remove najaasah (impurity), except the najaasah of a dog only; the najaasah of a dog must be washed seven times, one of which should be with dust. With regard to other kinds of najaasah, no particular number is stipulated; rather it must be washed until the najaasah is removed, even if it is only washed once.
